I am the firm’s managing partner and head of the conveyancing department. I have over 12 years of ... experience in conveyancing. I handle the firms high value transactions and complex conveyancing work. I am good at providing creative solutions to complex problems. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, travelling, meditation and cooking.

I have over 20 years’ experience in the property legal sector as a property lawyer. I am the firms’ ... business development manager. I have a passion for both conveyancing and business. What makes our firm different from other firms is our fundamental care for each individual client. We are driven to provide our clients with a personal and bespoke service. Apart from business, I am a busy mother of two boys.  In my spare time I enjoy doing yoga, going for a massage, fine dining, travelling and reading.

I am one of the directors of the firm. I have over 10 years of conveyancing experience. My expertise ... is in handling sales, purchases, commercial properties and land however, I do advise on all areas of residential and commercial property. I have acted for small to large property investors, developers, small businesses and high net worth individuals both in the UK and offshore. My knowledge of the residential market is much sought after by my loyal client base who appreciate my personal service and attention to detail. In my spare time I love spending time with my family, I also love to travel and enjoy entertaining and eating out.

I specialise in residential conveyancing and act for both private individuals and investors in a range ... of transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, auction properties, lands, new builds and shared ownership. I consider myself to be knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. I am capable of working under high pressure situations and accelerating work to meet tight deadlines where required. I am proud that a lot of my clients are repeat clients. In my spare time I like to go out with my friends, socialise and eat out.

I am head of business development at the firm. My vision for the Conveyancing Department is to invest ... in people as well as systems to build a strong client base and achieve great results. My top priority is to create the business development strategies that will allow us to put the right team together and focus on serving our clients. As I have done before in all the other law firms I have helped build over the years, I am swiftly working through my “success process” of implementing a powerful strategy for recruitment, training and development of the team as well as building client engagement systems that make our clients the single focus of the company. Finally, I am also responsible for the department’s marketing strategy which includes creating a compelling brand and promoting it in our local area though advertising and sponsorship.
